Insurance Broker’s Fun and Engaging Trade Stand
The Alan Wilson Insurance Brokers (AWIB) team has been attending Fire Protection Association (FPA) Australia expos for many years, and they love to create fun and engaging trade stands that are a must-visit at every event.
As the business grows and event management becomes more time-consuming, Kim Brew, the Managing Principal at AWIB, reached out for help to continue the legacy of creating exciting and appealing booths that attract participants. We were happy to help and created an icebreaker that allowed attendees and potential clients to engage with AWIB staff.
Inspired by Melbourne’s laneways and a love of street basketball, we collaborated with FPA event contractors and suppliers to create a delightful setup for the AWIB team. They could show up on the day and bask in the satisfaction of a job well done, as everything was taken care of for them.

As a regional company that travels all over Australia and the World, event planning was one of those tasks which was time-consuming and something that took a lot of effort off my main focus of the business. Having Casey now run all of our events for us, is a breath of fresh air. She’s enthusiastic, passionate and has great vision. She takes a huge amount of pressure off and delivers everything we ask. She’s a welcome addition to all of our events and I don’t know how we’ve run events without her!
