University’s Major Annual Student Recruitment Event
Federation University’s Open Day showcases courses and facilities and provides an opportunity to speak with staff, students, and industry partners. In August 2022 and 2023, we successfully organised the first Open Day since 2019. We collaborated with the Marketing team to create an immersive program featuring campus tours, interactive and hands-on experiences, informative sessions, and discussions with local industry representatives. Our team provided event management with tasks including, but not limited to, creating the site layout, logistics, catering, and sourcing entertainment.
The event was successful based on the great feedback from attendees, suppliers, stakeholders, and the client.
